on friday we had a raclette- night at rita's place- yummy! that was kind of funny because the aussies didn't know this thing, how they called it ;) and so it started with "how.." (oops, sorry karen, correct myself) "what do you call this, luv?" and "so what are we doing??" thus rita, from switzerland and me, from germany- haha- explained this thing to them and they got pretty excited about creating their own little pans and changing the ingredients with every new go. but not only we had influence by introducing this thing, they had too, as you can see on the picture above: there's no way that sausages or especially bacon is missing, that's not on =)

me, trevor, rita, karen, ann-helen (norway) and michelle. from six people three not original australian...obviously there must be something special about this country.... i told ya ;)
